Behavior changes

  • Tools started from the Telegram bot (such as event video) find node and Homebrew even when the bot runs as a background service.
  • elanous harness stop accepts the short run id shown in output and stops that run's pod jobs too.
  • Release checklist entries written by an older build to checklist.json are picked up again instead of being ignored.
  • Creating a worktree for a large repository no longer times out after 30 seconds, and a timeout is reported clearly instead of ending at a progress line.
  • elanous harness stop finds a run's launcher process even when the orchestrator record is missing, and says what it looked at instead of reporting «no process».
  • elanous update --restart no longer restarts the service when the same build is already installed.
  • Windows: elanous no longer crashes on start (a Linux-only library was loaded at import), and the PowerShell installer keeps the system PATH after installing Bun and adds elanous to the user PATH so a new window finds it.
  • Send a business card photo to the Telegram bot and get a summary, an approach strategy and a follow-up draft back in the same chat (nothing is sent); a photo without a caption starts this only when the photo looks like a business card, and a keyword like «business card», «strategy» or «email draft» starts it right away and picks just that part.
  • elanous seat loop --seat <SEAT> --once picks a seat's next assigned item and records what it would do (shadow by default · off unless configured), and elanous seat report summarises the day.
  • Operational reports (schedule health, retros, memory review, repo watch) no longer fall through to a different bot's chat when no channel is mapped for them.
  • Ask elanous where the release stands or tell it to add an item or move a release date; changes ask you once before they are made.
  • In web app chat, an approval sheet appears before a write or shell tool runs: allow once, always allow for this session, or deny; with no answer in 60 seconds nothing runs.
  • Drag a file onto the web app chat to see a «drop here to attach» overlay, and paste a screenshot to attach it.
  • The web app menu is grouped into Today · Chats · Work · Create · Library · Settings.
  • An unknown /command in web app chat is no longer sent to the model; you are told it is unknown or not yet supported in the web app.
  • Reopening or reattaching the web terminal no longer leaves a black screen; earlier output and new output both show.
  • In the terminal chat box, Ctrl+C clears what you typed, and pressing it twice on an empty box exits.
  • When a pod run ends, the harness says why (stopped, supervisor verdict, left a PR) instead of claiming it never reached the pod.
  • The steward can launch scheduled harness goals on pods in parallel under a budget gate, raising human decisions for money, publishing or security, and reporting each landing back — shadow mode first.
  • Web app chat shows your conversations in a list on the left with «+ New chat» and search; on a phone the list opens as a drawer.
  • The first time you run eln, it starts the engine and shows a browser setup link (and opens the browser when a display is available); elanous setup --terminal keeps setup in the terminal.
  • «Assign to COO» in the web app: approve or hold a posting right in the request, play result videos and images in place, and see each result's sources.
  • «Field upload» in the web app shows the event folder's count and finished reel as soon as it opens (including uploads from other devices), shows why a reel failed, and says up front which picked files are left out (over 20, over 100 MB, or over 250 MB in total).
  • The web app sends a push notification when a request you assigned finishes, fails, or waits for your approval; tapping it opens that request.
  • Reopening an earlier web chat shows each message at the time it was sent, not the time you opened it.
  • On narrow screens (phones, a folded Fold) the web app's top bar shrinks to one line with the rest under «⋯», and the web terminal opens full screen on touch devices.
  • On narrow screens the web terminal's three toolbar rows shrink to one line (terminal name · connection dot · «⋯» with every action).
  • When an assigned document draft fails its check, elanous rewrites it once with the reviewer's note before giving up.
  • On phones and a folded Fold, the web app has bottom tabs (Today · Chats · Work · Create · More).
  • An assigned task that finished now shows its result in the web app even when the graph wrote its file in its own run folder or only answered in text, and a failed task shows the step's actual reason.
  • On first run, if a phone is on the same Wi-Fi, elanous also prints a one-time link (and a QR code when available) to continue setup from the phone, and over SSH it prints the one ssh -L line to open setup from your own computer.
  • A request sent to the Telegram bot as a directive now gets its result back in the same chat when the work finishes: the produced file, or a link and one-line summary.
  • Settings has a «Try experimental features» switch; turn it on to see features still in beta, marked 실험 (experimental).
  • Add 즉석 (or instant) after #현장 in a Telegram caption to get the quicker field reel that reuses pre-made intro and end cards; telegram.fieldReelMode sets the default.
  • In the web first-run setup you can sign in with your ChatGPT subscription right there — in the browser on the same computer, or with a device code from a phone — without going back to the terminal.
  • The web app now says 대화 (conversation) instead of 세션 (session) in the conversation picker, its ID pill and the delete dialog, and the delete dialog says plainly that it cannot be undone.
  • In web app chat you can keep typing while a reply streams; your next messages queue as chips and send in order.
  • Assigned tasks can now use event photos and the field feed, take attached files, and a plain question is answered by the seat instead of failing with «no installed graph fits».
  • The one-line installer no longer stops on a fresh root Ubuntu (WSL, containers) for want of unzip, curl or git: as root with apt it installs them itself (--no-install-deps to opt out); other users still get the one-line hint.
  • In the terminal app, messages you type while a reply is streaming now appear in the chat log when they are sent, in order.
  • In web app chat, once you deny a write or shell tool the assistant stops asking for the same tool again in that reply, and the approval wait time can be set with acp.toolApproval.timeoutMs.
  • In chat, a short fact question is answered from a web search with sources, instead of opening the shell and browser and running out of time.
  • elanous nexus status no longer sends its local health check through an HTTP proxy, so it reports a running daemon correctly on machines with a proxy set.
  • In web app chat, /sessions lists your recent conversations and /resume <first characters> picks one up again.
  • In web app chat, /model <tier> shows or sets the model tier (unknown values are not saved), and /provider and /reasoning point you to the matching settings.
  • The web app's Today screen shows approvals waiting for you, your five most recent requests and your five most recent conversations.
  • Web app chat can group conversations into projects: pick a project from the switcher, or create your first one when you have none.
